Damit ist es nun m\u00f6glich, bei mehr als einer Gegenbuchung zu einer Rechnung den Skonto anteilig zu hinterlegen.<\/li>\n<li>Buchungsart 3 (RE): An der Teil-\/Schlussrechnungslogik wurden einige Verbesserungen vorgenommen.<\/li>\n<li>Buchungsart 5 (KA)\/Verbuchen: Die Absummierung auf Fibu-Objektkonten und die automatische Gegenbuchung kann nun auf die jeweilige&nbsp; Verrechnungseinheit erfolgen.<\/li>\n<li>Wohnungsaufwandsbest\u00e4tigung Wien: Vorschreibungskomponenten k\u00f6nnen nun auch nur im ungef\u00f6rderten Formular ausgewiesen werden.<\/li>\n<li>USt-Erkl\u00e4rung: Neues Formular wurde an das Layout f\u00fcr 2020 angepasst.<\/li>\n<li>UVA: Ein neues Formular f\u00fcr 2021 ist nun verf\u00fcgbar.<\/li>\n<li>Die VPIs f\u00fcr 10\/2020 und 11\/2020 wurden \u00fcbernommen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Das Release-Update mit Wartungsprotokoll steht Ihnen&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cp-immo.at\/home\/support\/downloads-2\/\">hier<\/a>&nbsp;zum Download bereit.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Das neue Release-Update 2021.02.00 ist ab sofort verf\u00fcgbar!
